Corporate Event Videography and Photography in Denver
DHC Media is a corporate event videography and photography team in Denver. We film conferences, galas, trade shows and company events for companies across Colorado. One crew covers photo and video, briefed off one shot list, and you get one library back.
One call. One crew. One library afterwards.
People on site. Small enough to stay out of your guests’ way.
Until your event photos come back, in business days.
Until your final video arrives, with 2 rounds of revisions.
How far ahead to book. Earlier for a big conference.
See a recent event, start to finish
Under a minute long. A short highlight cut like this is what you post the week after, and use again to promote next year’s event.
See event photosYour brand deserves better than Brenda’s cell phone photos from the holiday party playing on shuffle at the annual meeting.
Most teams hire a photographer and a videographer separately. Then they spend the next week trying to match two libraries that were never briefed together.
We staff both from one team and hand back a single set of assets. What you walk away with is content you can use all year: your website, social, email, recruiting, and next year’s event promo.
One call
Book photo and video together. No need to hire two teams to get complete coverage.
One crew
Briefed off one shot list. We have the people to cover the largest event or the most intimate one.
One library
Photos and video that match, ready for attendance pushes, recruiting and culture posts all year.
What we cover
From a three-day conference to a Friday holiday party. Same crew, same care.

Conferences & summits
Keynotes, panels and breakouts, plus the hallway conversations in between
Our most planned-out work. See how we cover a conference below.

Galas & award nights
Stage moments, reactions and the room itself
The photos your board wants to see, and a short video to thank sponsors.

Trade shows & booths
Booth traffic, demos and the people working the floor
Built for the follow-up campaign, not just the recap post.

Holiday & company parties
Your culture in its natural habitat
Shot so it flatters everyone in it.

On-site headshot station
People leave with a portrait they’ll actually use
One of the most popular things we add to a booking.

Drone & venue coverage
The venue and the scale of the room
Establishing shots wherever the site and airspace allow it.
What you get from one event
Planned on the first call, so one deliverable doesn’t eat another’s time on the day.
A highlight video
A short cut to promote next year’s event and thank sponsors.
Session recordings
Full keynotes and panels to post, gate, or send to people who missed them.
Interview clips
A stack of individual videos from short, scheduled interview slots.
Event photos
Stage, crowd and candid moments, back while people still remember being there.
A cut for next year
One version without dates or event-year details, so it keeps working.
Your people, in action
Real event photography from our crew. We understand the value of capturing culture.

Conference videography in Denver
Conferences need more planning than any other event: several rooms, a tight agenda, and speakers who only have ten minutes free. We plan the coverage around your run of show so nothing important gets missed.

Keynotes and main-stage sessions
Full session recordings of your keynotes and panels. You can post them, gate them, or send them to people who couldn’t attend.
Breakout sessions
When sessions run at the same time, we agree up front which rooms get full recordings and which get short coverage for the highlight cut. A crew of 2 to 3 can’t be in every room, so we help you pick the sessions that matter most.
Multi-day conferences
For two- and three-day events we plan coverage across the whole agenda, so the footage looks consistent from the first keynote to the closing session.
Back-to-back interview slots
A conference is the one time your speakers, partners or grantees are all in one building. We set up an interview corner and run short, scheduled slots through the day, so you leave with a stack of individual videos, not just one recap.
Highlight cuts and session recordings
Most conference clients want two things: a short highlight video to promote next year’s event, and full recordings for the people who missed it. We plan for both from the start so one doesn’t eat the other’s time on the day.
How event video production works
You run your event. We work around it.
A planning call
We start with what the video has to do: who will watch it, where it will run, and what you need on the day. We also go over your brand guidelines so the edit, graphics and captions look like you.
A shot list built from your agenda
We turn your run of show into a shot list: which sessions to record, who to interview and when, and the moments your marketing team will want later. For a head start, see our event shot list for marketing teams.
A crew of 2 to 3 on site
A small crew stays out of your guests’ way. We work around breaks and transitions, not over them.
Your final video in 3 to 4 weeks
Final video arrives 3 to 4 weeks after the event, with 2 rounds of revisions included. Event photos come back much faster, in 2 to 3 business days. Rush options are available for both.

Planning a conference?
The sooner we see your agenda, the better we can plan the coverage.
- Book at least 3 weeks ahead, earlier for multi-day events.
- We build the shot list from your run of show.
What companies ask us before they book
“Will our people look stiff on camera?”
Most people do when you hand them a script. We usually interview people instead, ask follow-up questions, and let them talk. The edit does the tightening.
“Will it actually look like our brand?”
That’s what the planning call is for. We go over your guidelines, your colors and fonts, and where the video will run. We design the graphics the piece needs, and you get 2 rounds of revisions to get it right.
“How much of our team’s time will this take?”
Not much. Your part is a planning call, a look at the shot list, and telling us who needs to be on camera. On the day, we work around your agenda and you run your event.
“Will we still use it next year?”
Yes, if we plan for it. We can cut one version without dates or event-year details, so it keeps working long after the event. Want a brand or culture film from the same day? See our corporate video production.
“Can you fit filming around a packed agenda?”
Yes. Interviews go in breaks and before sessions start. Session recordings follow the agenda. Nothing pulls a speaker off stage or a guest out of a session.

Book a callFrequently asked questions
The short answers. The planning call covers the rest.
01How much does corporate event videography cost in Denver?+
Corporate event video and photography from one crew typically costs $5,000 to $10,000 in Denver for up to 8 hours on site. Video only is typically $3,000 to $6,000. The price depends on how many finished videos you need, how many crew it takes, and how fast you need it back. See full pricing.
02How far ahead should we book a conference videographer?+
Book at least 3 weeks ahead. For a large or multi-day conference, book earlier so there’s time for a planning call and a shot list built from your agenda.
03How long does it take to get the final event video?+
Final event video takes 3 to 4 weeks from the event, with 2 rounds of revisions included. Event photos come back in 2 to 3 business days. Rush options are available.
04Can you record full keynotes and breakout sessions?+
Yes. We record full keynotes and panels, and we agree up front which breakout rooms get full recordings and which get short coverage for the highlight video.
05Can you cover photo and video at the same event?+
Yes, and it’s how most of our events run. One crew of 2 to 3, briefed off one shot list, and one set of photos and video afterwards.
06Do you film events outside Denver?+
Yes. We’re based in Denver and film across the metro. Events elsewhere in Colorado are welcome, and travel is quoted separately.
